You should know that the recruiting process for IceClan is different than most guilds. Basically, we don't recruit. We have been together for some time (years and years) and we enjoy the familiarity of a close-knit guild and make up for our small numbers with teamwork and skill. The best course of action if you would like to join/assist IceClan would be to:

1. Group with as many IceClan members as possible, especially “full members” as they are the people who make the decision to let you join or not.
2. Post on our forums and introduce yourself. Just a quick hello and introduction would be nice.
3. Send an in-game message to an IceClan “full member” that has grouped with you, or knows you well, regarding your interest in joining and ask them to forward your request to Northefist.
4. Uphold your own in-game integrity. If you act like a clown, we'll most likely hear.
5. Be friendly, but fair. We want friends, not a fan-club.
6. Be patient. If you are looking to be guilded this week (or next) look elsewhere. It takes longer than that to get a feel for someone, and for them to get a feel for us.

These are just a few guidelines and, as with anything in life, there are no guarantees. We may decide that you aren't a good fit, or you might decide the same of us. Hopefully throughout the process you will make some new friends and have some fun experiences.
